1. General

1.1 These Terms & Conditions apply to all guests, visitors, and users of our services.
1.2 The hotel reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice.
1.3 All bookings are subject to availability and hotel approval.


2. Bookings & Payments

2.1 A valid government ID must be presented at check-in.
2.2 All reservations must be guaranteed with a deposit or valid credit card.
2.3 Full payment may be required at check-in or check-out depending on the booking policy.
2.4 Payment options accepted include:

  • Cash

  • Credit/Debit cards

  • Online transfers


3. Check-In and Check-Out

3.1 Standard check-in time is 2:00 PM.
3.2 Standard check-out time is 11:00 AM.
3.3 Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional fees.


4. Cancellations & Refunds

4.1 Cancellations made 72 hours before arrival are eligible for a full refund unless otherwise stated.
4.2 Cancellations made within 72 hours of arrival will incur a penalty, up to one night’s stay or 100% of the booking amount.
4.3 No-show bookings are non-refundable.
4.4 Refunds will be processed via the original payment method.


5. Guest Responsibility

5.1 Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. The hotel is not liable for loss, theft, or damage.
5.2 Any damage to hotel property due to negligence will result in additional charges.
5.3 Illegal activities within hotel premises are strictly prohibited.
5.4 Guests must follow hotel safety guidelines, including fire & emergency protocols.


6. Room Policies

6.1 Maximum occupancy per room must not be exceeded.
6.2 Noise levels must be kept low after 10:00 PM.
6.3 Pets are allowed only in designated rooms if the hotel policy permits.
6.4 Smoking is strictly prohibited in non-smoking rooms. Violation may result in cleaning fees.


7. Children & Extra Beds

7.1 Children under 6 years stay free with accompanying adults.
7.2 Extra bed or mattress may be provided at additional cost, subject to availability.


8. Food & Beverages

8.1 Outside food or liquor may be restricted depending on hotel policy.
8.2 Food allergies must be informed in advance to the hotel staff.


9. Parking

9.1 Parking is provided for guests subject to availability.
9.2 The hotel does not accept liability for any damage to vehicles in the parking area.
